SECTION 2 - HANDMADE PRODUCTS & VARIATIONS

We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately. However:

• Handmade Nature: You acknowledge that because our rugs are hand-tufted, slight variations in color, yarn height, and detail may occur. These are not defects but a characteristic of unique, handmade art.

• Display: Colors may appear different depending on your screen settings. We do not warrant that the physical product will be a 100% color match to your digital display.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

• Custom/Commissioned Orders: Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified. All custom orders are Final Sale.

• In-Stock Orders: Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the item is transferred to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Our Content: All designs created by tazzrugs are our intellectual property.

• Customer-Provided Designs: If you provide a design, logo, or image for a custom rug, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. tazzrugs is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from designs provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any custom request that we believe violates third-party intellectual property rights.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We are not responsible for any third-party tools or links (such as Shopify apps or social media platforms) used during your experience.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

tazzrugs is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales or products between you and tazzrugs.

If you send us photos of your rug or leave a review, you grant us the right to use that content for promotional purposes on our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property.

Our products are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' In no case shall tazzrugs be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of our handmade rugs.
