SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Tazz Rugs. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle the delivery of your handmade art.
1. Processing & Production Times
• In-Stock Items: Ready-to-ship rugs are typically processed and dropped off at the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Custom Orders: Since each custom rug is hand-tufted specifically for you, production times vary. Currently, custom orders take approximately 1-4 weeks to complete before they are shipped.
• Note: We will keep you updated via Email or SMS throughout the tufting process.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Shipping Costs are Final: As stated in our Refund Policy, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Delivery Estimates: Once the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) has the package, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
3. Order Tracking
Once your rug has shipped, you will receive an automated email or SMS with your Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
• Damaged Items: If your rug arrives damaged, you must contact us at tazzincorp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged shipping box and the rug to be eligible for a claim.
• Stolen/Missing Packages: Tazz Rugs is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
• Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we ship to United States, Uk and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
